SUMMER PLANS

plans for my healthy summer that is about to come:

1. Do some sort of exercise every day. Going on runs in Finland to get a break from camp stress, or running to the mailbox from my house - realistic lengths like that. I’ll try and run something like 2-4 miles a day, but if I don’t have time for that a 20 minute jog around Waban is totally acceptable. Can’t beatchya self up about this stuff or else it kind of defeats the purpose.

2. Fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast and lunch.

3. PUT THE COMPUTER AWAY!! No facebook stalking because it’s just mentally/emotionally painful and I don’t want to feel the uncomfortable been-on-the-comp-too-long feeling very many times this summer because that just shows that I’m doing something wrong with how I spend my time.

4. Don’t put stupid shit into my body. Think about the future of my body, not so much the present.

5. READ LOTS OF BOOKS! And write a bunch, too. Daily journaling is better than once a week catharsis.

6. PRACTICE. Forreal, my break has been long enough.
